Join Senior Yoga Instructor, David Moreno, and Cantor/Rabbi Jennie Chabon for a contemplative and participatory evening of yoga, chanting, and reflection. We will breathe, move, and celebrate Havdalah together. This speciality class and ritual are open to everyone. Some yoga props are always recommended. If you have a Havdalah candle bring it or a single candle as an alternative.

"That was a lovely class. You and Jennie Chabon are a great match. I’d love to make this a regular part of my life. And thanks for adding the chair to mix things up. Haven’t used a chair in yoga for many years and it’s such a great prop."
- Richard, Oakland

"Havdala Yoga was lovely. So sweet - a very uplifting and peaceful gathering." Amy, Berkeley

"I really appreciate your teaching. I feel like my Ashtanga/Iyengar practice was very stiff and square before we met. You bring so much freedom and flexibility to the practice. I love your sincere attempt to connect thoughts, feelings, breath and body, but not in any heavy, constipated or ideological way, rather in a funny, sometimes irreverent, often big brotherly, playful way. And your deep knowledge and enjoyment of the body is wonderful. There are very few teachers who I would follow in their experimentings."

"Hi David,
I just wanted to thank you for sharing about Maty at Saturday's class. I always appreciate hearing your perspective on death and dying. There has been a lot of death and loss in and around my life lately, and I found what you shared especially poignant while it likewise brought me peace. So thank you. Wishing you peace,"
