Program Overview
By taking in the information you receive from your body, you develop wisdom-awareness; by adjusting your practice so that you do not harm your body, you develop compassion.”
—Rose Taylor Goldfield
In this experiential workshop, you’ll receive a multimedia, multisensory overview of your body’s operating system—the nervous system—and its subtle relationship to the chakra system. We’ll explore the vital role of the vagus nerve and how simple yet profound practices, such as nerve flossing, can help alleviate inflammation, restore alignment, and release stress.
This participatory course includes breathwork, chanting, and somatic movement, making it accessible and beneficial for practitioners of all levels. By the end of the session, you can expect to feel calm, grounded, and integrated—more at ease in your body and more resilient in daily life.

“What you do for yourself—any gesture of kindness, any gesture of gentleness, any gesture of honesty and clear seeing toward yourself—will affect how you experience your world. In fact, it will transform how you experience the world. What you do for yourself, you’re doing for others, and what you do for others, you’re doing for yourself.”
—Pema Chödrön
