Yoga Nidra: Silent Green Retreat 2013

This relaxing Yoga Nidra was presented during the Silent Green Retreat at Green Gulch Farm Zen Center, in Marin California. This day long silent yoga and meditation retreat was held in a yurt surrounded by redwoods and a dense foggy summer sky.

Although you can’t hear the ocean pounding just beyond the farm’s fields, you can hear the crackling of the wood burning stove and crows chatting as they glide from tree to tree.
