Yoga Nidra: Enchanted Retreat 2016

This peaceful Yoga Nidra was recorded during a weeklong Enchanted Retreat at the Bodhi Manda Zen Center in Jemez Springs New Mexico. New Mexico is known as the Land of Enchantment and it truly is. The Bodhi Zen community is like a second home to me where I have taught for 30 years. This particular recording was made following an afternoon hike through meadows and across a babbling stream. Yoga Nidra can be more fulfilling than an afternoon siesta.
