Yoga Nidra: Bodhi Manda Zen Center 2013

This hydrating Yoga Nidra was presented to the tireless and dedicated staff, and community, of the Bodhi Manda Zen Center in Jemez Springs, New Mexico. It was recorded after my own retreat had ended as a thank you to the staff. Just outside the Zendo where this session was held is an acequia or canal that carries snow runoff, rain, and river water to nearby fields.

An acequia is a community-operated watercourse that originated in Spain and is essential in the high desert of New Mexico. You can hear this running acequia throughout this recording.
