Standing Scissors Sequence

This class features a standing scissors poses that takes us into a deep twist and balance and prepares the hamstrings for moving into forward bends and pigeon hip openers. This sequence ends with backbends and more sitting splits and forward bends for a full range practice. Beneficial for seasoned students.
