Using the pelvic floor as a mobile, rolling platform that modulates the spine and the entire body, this class moves into deep hip and hamstring openers as well as deep presence. It progresses from this an undulating rhythm into static poses and back for a fully rich practice that emphasizes grounding and centering. Beneficial for seasoned students.
