This hip stabilizing sequence relies only on a few props (wall, strap block) for a short period. Most of it is done on all fours and standing. Circulate, strengthen and stretch your hips while also lengthening hamstrings. There are so many ways to get into our moving center (hips) and circulation and strengthening are so imperative, especially if we are sitting for good portions of our day.
