Yes, you’ll need a wall, a block and a strap for this technically focuses but fluid practice that moves us into supported floor splits. The use of the block to draw the lower legs in while you press the upper legs out into a strap will radically change poses that you do often, correcting your alignment and making for a safer and more productive practice.
