Originally taught as an hour-long Therapeutic Thursday class, this is one of my favorite Qi Gong sequences. It is very simple and equally profound, good for all levels, no props required. As in classic Qi Gong this class is done standing. Part of this practice I also use in my Somatic Meditation retreats where specific movement, sequencing and poses are used to affect deep states of awareness.
